Hey, I'm Caroline, a lover of all things health and wellness on her way to personal training certification. I'm also a rugby playing YouTuber with a penchant for picking up heavy things and putting them back down. I'm not a bikini haul filming lifestyle vlogger, and that's ok, because I'm a firm believer in women doing whatever the hell they want to do.

What I want to do is share my passion without any of the bullshit. You won't see me promoting fit teas and appetite suppressants. If a product is some marketing patriarchal nonsense, I'll say it. If I'm in the midst of a depression fueled tailspin, I'll say it. I'm not interested in showing the world my highlight reel.

I love brainstorming and creating digital content that allows me to reach across the aisle and resonate with people who are struggling on their journey.
