Bio

Caroline Douthwaite, a British born entrepreneur from a very young age.

After chatting to her in a hour long interview she humbly recalls at the age of 6yrs. old selling Easter eggs to her father so she could finance a chocolate factory to make sweets and lolly's for all her friends.

A true visionary, Caroline went on to become the only person in history of the British Telecom Call Centre, (UK's largest tele communications operator) to win the top annual prize called "BT In The Box' .

She recalls being recorded as being one of the top 5 sales people out of 1000 sales consultants for 3 years in a row selling fixed line telephone services to customers.

An achievement that has yet to be beaten in 2021, 17 years later.

She went on to save a failing scuba diving centre at the age of 17 after deciding to drive to Spain, from England with a friend on an adventurous 8 month gab year.

She explains, she did this by recruiting local travel agents and their customers to try scuba diving on their holiday.

A true problem solver she flew alone to Australia at the age of 28 and went on to build 8 start-ups businesses, and even founded a million-dollar solar power retail company...

...But even though she has created over 10 million dollars in revenue in her company's.

She said it was never about the money!

It was more about the happiness she could bring to thousands of people by helping them fulfil their dreams.

She said: "There's nothing more rewarding in life than helping others become their own hero and experiencing pure joy when they achieve their financial dreams"

Caroline recently founded Snowball Assets, in October 2018.

A thriving business consultancy that helps other entrepreneurs and small business owners dramatically scale their companies.
