WHO ARE WE?
Think of Burpees & Bacon as your morning pick me up! Be it a cup of coffee, that morning jog, or that power snatch (135/95). Some may ask, "but what's the burpee and the bacon all about?" Well, burpees have a reputation for a reason, they are one of the most effective & crazy challenging exercises out there and people just love to hate them. Our belief is that if you train so damn hard, then why not eat what you want, even if its some bacon! We also know that life gets in the way and we all experience ups and downs- so we truly stand by our motto, "No Hard Feelings"... why be so hard on yourself. Its totally okay to fall off, just don't get stuck there, pick yourself up and keep it moving.

All we are trying to do here is bring a fun and stylish brand to anyone who works hard and puts in that effort to reach their goals.
