Bio

Buffy has been a competitive cyclist and runner over the years, and has done every workout there is, from kick-boxing to pilates. After trying yoga, though, she never looked back. Buffy holds an E-RYT® YACEP® certification, and teaches power vinyasa yoga for private clients and weekly group classes at Y2 Yoga in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She has also served as yoga teacher for area high school athletics department, and dance team. Buffy gets very psyched about sharing the power of yoga, and offers athletic, joyful practices geared toward developing happiness, fun, and keeping your cool (or at least trying) in stressful lives.
Buffy is an award-winning Creative Director, writer, and business owner. Her advertising agency, Tattoo Projects (www.tattooprojects.com) was named Small Ad Agency of the Year by Ad Age Magazine, and twice named a Fastest-Growing Privately-Held Company by Charlotte Business Journal. Her work has been recognized by Communications Arts, London's Contagious Magazine, Creativity, and Adweek, and has earned many national creative awards. Buffy has been named one of the Top 25 Advertising Working Mothers in the Nation by Working Mother Magazine and Advertising Women of New York.
Buffy has a kick-ass family – plus several dogs and cats. She likes flowers, baby goats, and high heels. Buffy is a daughter of the original McCoy clan, of the Hatfield-McCoy Feud.
