Sweat 2 The Beat dance concept she fuses toning and sculpting movents and exercises with dance.

“It took me 3 years to get back into shape after my first pregnancy and it was dance that got me there. By the time I had given birth to the twins in 2017 I had gained my Exercise To Music (ETM) - Fitness Instructing qualification along with my certificate in Teaching Exercise Music and Dance. "

Belinda says her target market are women over 30, possibly mothers who used to throw it down in the club but don't get out as much now due to the demands of life. They'll use the gym because they feel they have to not because they want to. They want a fitness class that 'hits the spot' and makes them feel like they're back in the club. A fitness class where not only do they feel the beat and sweat to the beat but they are working to build a better body. They want to dance to music that makes them feel nostalgic but also tunes that make them feel like they're still 'down with the kids'. They want to exercise but not exercise, be pushed and challenged but still love taking part. They want moves that tone and tighten without it being an effort and moves that will release their inner dancer.

Belinda wants to work with brands that will help her look good whilst encouraging her audience to release their inner dancer.
