My name is Kaylin. I am a United States Marine, dog-mom, and a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. I want to spread my passion for fitness with people of all ages and allow them to reconnect with fitness in a healthy way. My goal is to transform the yo-yo dieters and 1-week-on-1-week-off gym goers into people living a healthy LIFESTYLE. To me, this is so much more than counting calories and spending hours at the gym. To me, it's about taking the stairs over the escalator, knowing how sleep and water effect your health and weight loss goals, knowing that its OKAY to eat a cookie! I want to mend the relationship between the public and a healthy life.
