BlueJ's opened in 2016 when owners, (husband and wife duo) Josh and Michelle Spurlock opened a food truck featuring All-American cuisine with a bit of a twist. We don't just 'make burgers', we make 100% all beef patties topped with real cheddar, swii, or pepperjack cheese, smoked sausage, bleu cheese, jalapeno poppers, or any combination of our gourmet ingredients! And these aren't just any fries! These are golden crispy crinkle cut fries tossed in truffle oil and garlic salt, or cajun seasoning, garlic lime sriracha aeoli, and grilled onions, or even real lime juice, Tajin, and cilantro! Don't forget a grilled cheese with smoked sausage and bacon, a fish sandwich with house made tartar sauce, or our new chicken parmesan sandwich with buttermilk dredged chicken and house made marinara!
