The 5th Annual Houston Black Heritage Music & Arts Festival (HBHMAF) is a cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with performances, visual artists & crafts people, speakers, exhibits, poets and world-renown musical entertainers. The festival takes place October 5, 2019 at 1317 Austin Street and Root Square Park right in front o Toyota Center.
