I am a true ‘Southern Belle’ born in Oklahoma and raised in Texas. With family rooted deep in the south, nothing was more important than family gatherings, love, and FOOD! I have always been a confident plus size doll that woke up one day and decided to change her life. From moving all over the state of Texas chasing career ambitions, to personal trainers, Herbalife, and Weight Watchers I finally made health and fitness my mission. I started my journey to Weight Loss Surgery in 2017 and finally had surgery in May 2018. This blog is maneuvering my way through life, post-weight loss surgery- good, bad, and everything in between.
