As a professional Human Builder, I believe we are all our unique puzzles that deserve dedicated, and authentic, education from a human who cares about YOUR well being.

Through fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset, with a focus on the Gut-Brain-Axis & emphasis on mental HEALTH (not “illness”) I believe all humans have the right to a complete evolution from the inside out. By coaching — not JUST 1 hour in the gym — but for The Other 23 hours of the day when LIFE happens.

We’re humans building humans to build other humans!

My mission is to connect, train, and evolve, with humans around the world by bringing humanity back to socials, fitness and media.

After all, that’s all any of this is actually about — genuine human connection. To remind you that this life is yours, we’re all a little messed up and that’s okay, because you aren’t alone — and you’re sure as hell are not crazy.

It’s my mission, through The Other 23 & BeMacFit to be the person I wish I had when the “dementors” were at their worst, and to hopefully inspire others to be human builders within their own communities.

Ultimately, the BEMAC-Mission is centered around starting a globally authentic, human, and educational discussion around mental health, and suicide prevention.
