I love adventures, basically any opportunity I can to be outside or that I can be moving I will take it. That is why I have developed a love for business because you are always on the move, whether it be my window cleaning business for the past 3 years with 350 plus clients or with my personal training clients in my new adventure. I have loved fitness for a while, more so I love the idea of wellness. I actually studied Exercise and Wellness at Brigham Young University, motivated by my past health issues. I now advocate balance and developing healthy habits from your mental game to taking physical action. In my spare time I love finding random ways to serve along with my wife and we are constantly going on hikes. When I am on my own I love to climb things and when I am with my brothers I love mountain biking and skiing.
