Hey! I'm Helen, a Californian living in Texas since 1994. I live with my husband on a homestead in Texas, 18 acres. I'm a mom and proud nana to three boys. We have goats, chickens, dogs, and lots of wildlife on our property. We try to live an organic, sustainable, and all-natural lifestyle, but it isn't always possible. I love to garden with pollinators in mind: I'm a Doterra Wellness Advocate, DIYer, enjoy cooking, and love a good bargain. I have a passion for helping others and hope to influence people to start their journey to a healthier lifestyle, not just exercise. :green_heart:
