Hello I am Gauri Junnarkar Author, speaker, Nutrition Ayurveda & wellness expert. I am the Founder, Director of ‘Ayurnutrition’, an integrative and Holistic wellness practice in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Ayurveda Practitioner, Certified Diabetes Educator, Panchkarma Specialist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I guide people who want to improve their health and wellness to feel better, eat better, increase energy levels, vitality and reduce stress levels.

I offer an integrative and holistic approach to wellness by combining the age old wisdom of Ayurveda with Modern Nutrition Science. I am international keynote speaker and have presented at international and local conferences on Ayurveda. Recently, I co-authored the book ‘A Primer on Ayurveda: A Practical Guide’, now published on Amazon. My expertise includes Nutrition, Diabetes education, Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and Ayurvedic Therapies. Currently I provide Nutrition consults, Ayurveda Consults, Ayurvedic Therapies, workshops, cooking classes, presentations, webinars, Corporate Wellness, lunch and learns and grocery store healthy food tours.

I partner with brands and provide Nutrition & wellness food/reciepe videos, wellness workshops, healthy eating cooking demos and write articles.
