Bio

My name is Alex Taschuk. I used to be an in person personal trainer and just recently switched to being an online fitness coach.
I have been into fitness and nutrition ever since I was 12 years old. I come from a very small family of just my mom and auntie. I didn’t meet my dad until I was 15. My mom has me all alone when she was 17. I have battled with depression & anxiety for most of my life. Just recently I have been focusing on my alignment with who I am. Letting go of limit self beliefs and personal fears to better align myself with my higher self. This is still a work in progress and I am only just beginning but I have learned so much already.
My goal is to influence and service as many people as I can with my story and what I have learned. I wish to grow an engaging community that takes away value from every piece of content that I share. Helping people grow mentally, spiritually, and physically is why I believe I am truly here on this planet. Nothing warms my heart and makes me more excited when a piece of my content resonates with somebody and helps them in some kind of way.
I want to grow my reach, solidify my brand, and spread love to the world through authenticity and the online space. Whether I make money or not from it, I do not care. All I want is to help the world with every essence of my being.
