Bio

Hi! I'm Ashley!

I was born and raised in Palm Beach, Florida and currently live in Columbus, Ohio! I've lived in numerous states around the world until I decided to plan roots in my current town. I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's in Human Services and General Studies.

After graduating college, I decided to pursue my health and fitness job, to try and make it my full time job. I didn't enjoy working for corporate America or being told what to do, when to do it.

I left my retail management job in 2014 and have been working for myself since then. Other then being a health and fitness coach, I also have my own Etsy business.

Besides health & fitness, I love being outdoors {hiking, running, kayaking - you name it}, crafting, being with my kiddo {and husband of course} and traveling.
