We have the individual plan for R$39.90 (month) and the family plan for R$49.90 (month), where you can include children up to 18 years old and a spouse! 💜
What does the Club offer?
* Doctor 24h, 7 days a week whenever you need it (free service for subscribers);
* Consultations from R$ 35.00 (in person and online);
* Discounts on medications, pharmacies and large stores;
* Monitoring with doctors and nurses to help you free of charge, via tele guidance and chat;
* Consultation and chat with a nutritionist (first consultation free) and consultation with a personal trainer to further enhance your results;
* Service by telemedicine, chat or telephone.
Do you identify with our values and the way we communicate?
Our proposal is that you publicize our services and receive for each sale closed. The commission will be 100% in the first month on the monthly fee of each plan, that is, if you sold the family plan which is BRL 49.90 monthly, you will receive the amount of BRL 49.90 in commission, in the second and third month will receive 50% of the monthly fee and from the 4th month will receive 10% for life on the monthly fee of each customer who sells and remains on the platform. You will receive a coupon to use our services without having to pay the monthly fee. (or we pay only the commission for each sale + the coupon)

Sales will be computed through a link that we will provide, which will be your sales and promotion link.
