with this page and as a beginner influencer, I want to inspire people to a healthy lifestyle with my exercises video's that im gonna post and with my pictures i want to show my results with just doing my own workouts that im gonna post. i'm playing football with the best league in faroe island and im training twice a day, so on instagram ( AKMWORKOUT) alot of the video's are taking at the gym in the club, but some of them will be taking place at home to show and inspire people that don't have time to go to the gym, to try it at home . With exercise and healthy lifestyle a person can get more energy. when talking about a lifestyle, you have to change the money consumption which I can change with my inspiration and therefore I'm only posting pictures / videos and products that I am using myself and that i believe in, to make it as real as i can. :D
