A woman who is failing, succeeding, learning, growing, and figuring life out each and every day!

I am currently diving into the world of creating my personal brand that closely aligns with my professional brand, pūrvelo. We're a boutique indoor cycling and fitness lifestyle brand with 4 studio locations across the southeast US; a newly released on-demand streaming service, pūr demand; and our own clothing line, the pūr line.

From the midwest, down to Florida, up to Alabama, and currently planning the next adventure - my followers might know me from my days as a competitive gymnast, cheerleading team or group fitness clients/friends from the University of South Florida, the education community from my days as a school teacher, and - most recently - through pūrvelo.

My influence reaches across many walks of life - from collegiate women, to young professionals and older adults - I have the privilege of interacting with an incredibly diverse group of people through social media and my day-to-day happenings.
