I’m thirty one and a born + raised Calgarian. I recently became a new mom to baby Walker. My husband and I have been navigating that massive life change and all the firsts that come with it + lots of baby cuddles. Balance is key and I’m equally obsessed with food; pizza and donuts are my top treats. I love fitness, the mountains, travelling and connecting with people over an oat milk latte.

What started as an outlet for my love of writing seven years ago, has turned into a platform for connecting with like-minded people. It’s a place where I share my experiences, travel memories, adulting things like mortgages, marriage and mom life, my wellness routine and showcasing my love for my hometown and the people in it. Authenticity, transparency and community are what my brand is built on and of course, a great photo or video.
