Bio

My adult life started earlier than most. When I was 8, my mom had a brain aneurysm and had to undergo surgery and extensive rehab for the next two years. My dad had to work, my mom was recovering, & my brother was half my age, so most home responsibilities fell to me. When I was 16 I had my first daughter, and my second at 19. This did not stop me from progressing. I held a job, ran an after school group, tutored other students, was dual enrolled in college, and graduated from high school as valedictorian. Fast forward to now, and you’ll find someone who has never given up, and now is striving to do even more. I began my journey to fitness when I started body building in November of 2020. It changed my perspective on everything. Now, fitness and health is my lifestyle and it will carry me into the future.
