Bio

Alexandra Ellis is a current PA Student studying to practice medicine and perform surgery in Boston, MA at the world renowned MGH and MGH IHP. She formerly worked as a highly reputable, respected fitness professional for over 7 years as a personal trainer and nutrition/wellness coach in New York City.

Alex graduated from James Madison University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, and a concentration in Pre-Professional Health Studies. Since then, she's completed over 15 certifications and seminars to continue to learn new modalities of training, and provide her clients with the absolute best.

A true entrepreneur by nature — Alex ran her own business - Alex Ellis Fitness - in NYC as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition/Wellness Coach. In addition, she was an Instructor at CityRow, Tier 3+ Personal Trainer at Equinox Flatiron, Team Lead of Kill Cliff Buzz Fitness Team, and Reebok Trainer and Ambassador.
