Hello!

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I am passionate about the fitness industry. I teach yoga and spin in Los Angeles, CA. I love to motivate and keep people inspired to live a healthier lifestyle.
The most fulfilling part of my job is when students come to my class on a revular basis because they say it’s fun and it makes them feel good afterwards.
My focus on my page is to inspire others to stay motivated and consistent with their yoga practice, even when it feels tough to do so.
