Bio

I'm Emma and I'm a journalist, content creator and an interiors and lifestyle blogger. I’m also an award winning videographer. When I’m not decorating or styling I’m baking or making things.
A couple of years ago we took a leap of faith, sold our new-build house and bought a derelict crack den. Our mission was to turn it into our forever home.
It was a major renovation and I documented the journey, on my blog and Instagram, from former squat to the home I now share with my husband, our son and two dogs .
Navigating the minefield of project managing a build around a full time job and blogging was stressful, but the rewards were definitely worth the effort.
What started as a project has turned into a passion for interiors and design. I’ve loved coming up practical solutions to problems which ended up as quirky and unusual features for the house - such as a secret pantry, a laundry chute and a bookcase that opens as a door!
