Bio

I was brought up in a small town in the Yarra valley Australia,
In my younger years I struggled in school it never made sense to me, as I got into my teenage years I would party miss school. I developed anxiety depression and eating disorders. I nearly lost my life. After that moment I just new in my heart I was still here for so much more then this. I had a strong desire to find out what that was...

So I moved up north of Australia. Where I began to find myself my true essence like I was being reborn. I just loved this happy healthy me. After 6 month I had a strong desire to come home. That was when my passion for health and fitness was born. I went out and got myself a gym membership. And I began to lift. That was the real turning point for me my life changed forever. I was In love, addicted with bettering myself each day and I transformed from my head to my toes and mentally!

Since then , I have competed my Cert 3-4 in Personal training, I have competed in 3 bikini comps created my YouTube Chanel and Iron Goddess, I am girl with dreams and plans!

What is my purpose?
I want to make a difference in this world, To motivate educate and inspire others to live an healthy life. To lead by example and share my journey and prove anything is possible. You can achieve your dreams and that's just what I'll do. Connect with like minded people so we can grow and learn together, Make a difference in people's lives and help them achieve their dreams. Making other people happy makes me happy.
