Bio

I’m Lauren, a mother, former teacher, mental health advocate and content creator based in the Northeast of the United States. I have 14.4K engaged followers and I am a mom of a toddler and expecting my second in February.

My audience is predominantly female (87%), and are parents of young children or are expecting soon. Many are working mothers who are either teachers or nurses looking for items that will help them in their everyday lives. Many are mothers or soon to be mothers who are always asking me where I find time to do things, what products I am using for myself or my son, and what I plan to use for my newborn daughter.

I love helping new parents, people-pleasers and others learn to understand their emotions and practice self-love. By better understanding ourselves, we can better understand our children’s emotions and behaviors as well. We can practice more patience with them and help them navigate and hold their emotions as well. That's why I share the nitty and gritty parts of my day on my stories and reels, so that others know they are not alone.
