Bio

I'm a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Wellness Expert and Founder of PurelyPope living in Los Angeles, CA, originally from Chicago - a midwest gal at heart! I don't believe in resolutions or quick fixes, but rather that we should love ourselves and make ourselves our #1 priority year round.

My wellness philosophy all roots back to self love. Part of that is the belief that we can both love ourselves and want to better ourselves at the same time. In fact, constantly wanting to be your best self is the ultimate form of self love! I preach to my community that mindset is the most important part of our health and go through each of these mindset shifts that we can make in different areas of our wellness.

I published my first eBook, Leading with Love, which is an immersive and effective 7 day program, complete with a plant based meal plan in 2020, featuring the top Wellness Experts including Dr. Will Cole, Kimberly Snyder, Melissa Wood and Bailey Brown with accolades from Nikki Sharp and Neda Varbanova.

Currently, I work with clients 1x1, in group coaching programs and collaborate with brands that align with my values at PurelyPope full time!
