DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT: 10 weeks ago, I published book #2 - https://www.paulshoemaker.org/taking-charge-of-change. It's about answering one main question - what kind of leaders and leadership traits do we uniquely need for the decade ahead in the most inequitable, complex America in nearly 100years?
It's not about strategy or culture or team-building (all good stuff), etc. Over the last 25 years, America has become increasingly inequitable after 50 years of uneven, but slow steady, progress in the 50 years after WW2. We are going to need some of the best leaders - private, nonprofit and public sector - America has ever had if we are to get back on track. There are unique leaders and traits that will lead the way
