Mommy Gone Healthy is a lifestyle and motherhood blog for the modern mom. I began this blog to connect with other like-minded women and to offer support during one of the toughest, yet most fulfilling times. I'm passionate about all aspects of health and wellness and strive to help others lead healthier lives. I enjoy connecting with other moms and women, offering support and also leaning on them during the roller coaster ride of motherhood.
