Fresh Prep takes away the heavy lifting from meal prep and most importantly answers the dreaded nightly question, “what’s for dinner?” Fresh Prep is a Vancouver-based meal kit delivery service that helps you free up time that you would otherwise be spending at the grocery store, meal planning, prepping and then cooking (sigh…it’s a lot we know).
We deliver fresh, pre-portioned, pre-chopped ingredients for meals that are ready in 15-30 minutes. Our recipes are designed by a chef, and approved by our in-house nutritionists to ensure taste and health are never compromised. Each week, we have a rotating menu of 8 recipes that accomodate gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian diets, in addition to meals featuring a variety of meat and/or seafood protein.
We prioritize sourcing locally, and work hard to develop relationships with local producers, suppliers and businesses. Our meats never have any unnecessary hormones or antibiotics, and our seafood is Ocean Wise certified. We know your time is valuable, so we want to make the Fresh Prep experience as convenient as possible. Instead of using other delivery methods such as FedEx or Canada Post (who wants their food delivered in the mail?), we have our own fleet of drivers that deliver your meals to you in a reusable cooler bag right to your home or office. You’ll get a text message from us when we’re close, and when the delivery is complete.
This also makes it possible to recycle your packaging found inside the meal kits. Simply rinse the packaging, place it back in your cooler bag and when our drivers come the following week, we’ll recycle it for you in the most environmentally responsible method possible. We’re proud to be working with Urban Impact, BC’s leading recycling program for soft plastics.
