Bio

Since 2013 I have been helping people get in control of their health and fitness.

Recently, this has evolved to also looking at the bigger picture of people's overall wellness and state of mind.

I want to inspire people so that they know that it is never too late to make a change, whether that is to do with their health and fitness or with bigger life decisions that they have been putting off due to fear of failure.

I'm a firm believer that getting out of your comfort zone on a regular basis can help to convey to people that their fears are often groundless, and can actually be an exhilarating experience.

I'm looking to work with adventure brands, outdoor brands, and non fad health and fitness brands that are looking to help inspire people to find their health and happiness in life, and to be brave enough to make the changes that they have been afraid to do.

There is no challenge too big for me - so if you need me to do an extreme event/mini adventure to help showcase your brand, that will allow for some great content creation over a few days, then just let me know and I'll be happy to discuss your plans with you.
