Bio

Hey there, I'm Brian, but you can call me DimTheLights or Dim, for short. I'm a proud Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican who originally hails from New York City. Today, my wife and I call San Antonio, Texas our home.

I've been a graphic designer for over 15 years and have been doing digital marketing for over 10 years. I'm currently working as a Lead UI Designer for a startup that builds augmented reality and virtual reality applications for entertainment and education. I am also a seasoned marketing consultant that has formed partnerships with over 20 local businesses across New Jersey.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me multi-streaming on Twitch, YouTube, and Trovo. I'm all about providing entertaining and educational content to gamers and new streamers. I've got a decent following too, with close to 2K followers across Twitch, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Here is a short list of things I'm up to these days:

1. Founded a Weekly Newsletter Curating Streaming & Content Creator News
2. Launched YouTube Channel dedicated to educating streamers through news and tutorials
3. Launched YouTube Channel covering Fall Guys news and updates
4. Launching a podcast / channel about video games and film adaptations
5. Launching a podcast / channel about the history of gaming
6. Creating digital products and tools for streamers

I'm not just passionate about creating content. I'm passionate about who I create content for. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for gamers everywhere. One way I'm doing that is by raising awareness about important social issues and coordinating fundraisers for Taller Salud, RAICES, and Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I'm also heavily involved in various online communities such as Café Cultivar, Dare Drops, Latinx in Gaming and many gaming communities.

Over the years, I've worked with some pretty cool brands like Notion, Babbel, StreamElements, Marvel SNAP, Fortnite, Plarium, War Thunder, Second Dinner, and Sprout Social. But at the end of the day, my main goal as a content creator is to use my platform and my skillset to give value to my viewers. Let's game on!
