A couple of years ago, right when I turned 40 years-old, I finally discovered my passion: social media. There is something about this constantly changing digital world that fascinates me and that is the amount of possibilities it brings to all communicators (companies, journalists, politicians and brands) to engage with their audiences at another level. That is exactly what I love to analyze: content on social media.
I take social media content and break it down into parts to make sense out of it. I love to analyze how companies and brands create video, images, live video, and content in the form of texts and hashtags to communicate. Sometimes they succeed and others they fail, according to my own standards. I didn't have to go and get a Master's degree on social media to be able to work on this field, but I can definitely say it gave me just the right amount of perspective, context and clarity regarding how to communicate efficiently.
My area of expertise is content and how it impacts engagement. The type of work I do right now if not automatized or done by any program; it's completed by hand and a lot of time. The result is an in-depth analysis of my customer's current social media efforts.
I am also a keynote speaker at events for sales, marketing and public relations professionals. I have spoken about engagement, influencer marketing, live video, as well as sales and prospecting.
