Hi! I'm Clea.

Recent Cancer Survivor (Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma), Bodybuilding.com brand ambassador and Healthost.com Blogger.

I grew up in Vancouver, BC, Canada and spent most of my time outside, riding horses and at the gym! Although I also have a degree in Business Management.

It was through my recent battle with cancer that I became even more passionate about health and fitness. In the process I have picked up a following on instagram.
