DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGRANIZATION: Goodwill is a network of 156 local Goodwill nonprofit organizations that sell donations in Goodwill stores to fund job training programs in local communities. Goodwill has helped people in our communities earn jobs, build careers and care for their families since 1902 and is one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the U.S.
AIM OF THE CAMPAIGN: Goodwill is looking to partner with sustainable fashion, decor or lifestyle influencers to encourage shopping and donating at local Goodwills to support Goodwill's mission of job training and placement.
Our 2021 campaign idea is called A Fresh Start. We’ve all been at home during the pandemic. Spring is a good time to try something new. We like the idea of a makeover of a home office, a desk makeover or maybe a creative Zoom background, which can be done safely at home. We are also interested in outdoor activities like gardening, biking, hiking or spending time outside. We are open to ideas from you all as well. Please share what you think may work for both your audiences and our needs.

WHAT TYPE OF INFLUENCER ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Lifestyle, fashion, DIY and decor focused influencers, particularly those who support sustainable living. Bonus points if you already post about loving thrift shopping, thrifty decor as well as supporting social causes close to your heart.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE INFLUENCER REQUIRED TO DO?
We'd like for the influencer to choose a topic, such as the ones I listed above (in Aim of the Campaign section) or perhaps pitch one that may work for us. Then show your followers how you might do it with items from Goodwill stores. This is a great opportunity to show off your personal decor or fashion style with thrifted items.
If you choose to buy items, there are stores/donation centers operated by local Goodwill nonprofit organizations in various geographic regions. Please include any of these possible costs in your payment. Luckily, items from Goodwill stores are generally lower cost.
Influencers will share messages about sustainability, creativity as well as Goodwill's mission to provide people with job training and career services. Goodwill is happy to provide information about our mission for consideration.
