I would like to introduce myself, I’m all smiles. Until mindfulness, gratitude and learning about the mind changed my overall health, I’ve been living my life in a constant state of flow, my perception changed and I began to see a more positive side to life. I live an active lifestyle year round, adventuring and exploring places near and far while engaging in hobbies that put me in an constant state of flow; mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, and snowboarding. I am an aspiring artist, author, dreamer, and healer for those around me. As a teacher, I am gifted the opportunity to change the lives of children through modeling, demonstration, kindness, understanding, inspiration, and encouraging the importance learning does for us on every given day. I am continuing my education by taking online courses through a variety of online programs and academies. I am currently getting my certifications in Reiki, Yoga, Mindfulness, CBT, Energy Psychology and Holistic Healing, Sound Therapy, and multiple coaching certifications. I am always looking for ways to improve my overall health, the health of others and live life to the fullest. I am an encourager and motivator to all people that come into my life.
