My name is Imelda, I am 🇲🇽Mexican American🇺🇸,
empirical chef, full-time blogger, creator of MY KETO SIMPLE. I am passionate about low carb keto kitchen, minimalism, food stylist, reading, and everything that allows me to express myself creatively.

When I was 9 years old I prepared my first cake bread recipe, there I discovered my love for cooking and art. Since then, I have been experimenting with different recipes and discovering my lifestyle.

I have a strong preference for cooking keto desserts and the minimalist philosophy, so I took a leap and am now trying to adapt my keto diet to a minimalist lifestyle as my next challenge.
