Welcome to The Southern Spoonful! We’re Courtney and Stacey, the dynamic daughter-mother duo behind the blog.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, we have been immersed in southern food culture, and want to share our favorite recipes with you! In addition to our southern heritage, we strive to incorporate clean and healthy foods and products in our everyday lives.

The Southern Spoonful uses natural, simple ingredients to help the everyday home cook elevate their culinary experience. We create flavorful and healthy southern-inspired recipes that you can make for a simple weeknight dinner or a party with family and friends.
