Serrano Pineapple Plantain:
The Serrano Pineapple Plantain sauce is a tribute to the south pacific. Serrano chilis are the second most popular pepper coming out of Mexico and are about 2-3 times as hot as a habanero. These are blended with fresh pineapple, pineapple and lime juice and plantains for an all-natural thickener. The flavor that comes out is a bright zesty heat that is still there but not as intense as the habanero sauce.
