// MEALS OF THE DAY // Who's ready for an awesome day? 🙋🙌 Mine started pretty good 'cause when your morning includes lemon pie oats, you know you'll rock the day 😂 // Something that people ask me pretty frequently is about my meals. First, I want to let you know that my caloric intake is high to sustain my workouts, I have 5/6 meals a day. To give you some examples, here are the meals I had yesterday:
1.- Ezequiel bread (@foodforlifebaking) 🍞, bananas 🍌 and chocolate cookie butter (@traderjoeslist)
2.- Protein shake (@dymatize): scoop of vanilla protein, frozen bananas and oats
3.- Brown jasmine rice 🍚, chicken breast 🍗, salad (tomato, onion and sweet corn) and butter (yes, butter)
4.- @squarebars ...
5.- Ezequiel bread, part-skim mozzarella, turkey breast, tomato, pickles and mustard... If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Love you fitties 😘
