I want to spread more awareness about the savage harsh environment prison is for gay people. No one wants to talk about it but it is a much much bigger deal than A LOT of people think. And it has long lasting traumatic and damaging affects of a gay person. Why are our facilities designed to ensure people will come out WORSE than how they went in? All I can do is just share my truth, and that is what I vow to do each day. One video at a time. One post at a time. The more that there becomes a dialogue for these issues, the more conversations start, and inevitably the more likely that it will eventually bring about REAL change. I may be out, but how many many others are suffering right now in a cell in silence locked away right now. I will never stop speaking about this.
