Hello, I am a health enthusiast but rarely obnoxious about it and well aware of the challenges of living a healthy lifestyle amongst temptation. I'm very down to earth and pretty open-minded about things without ever siding with super polarizing issues. I'm all about self-improvement, learning, and fun. I'm an ex-personal trainer due to an ACL reconstruction which pushed me towards pursuing a career in my field of communications which I plan on using to travel.

I'm currently pushing my social media profile towards "Self-improvement Only" content in which I can share information mainly about health, fitness, biohacking and the science behind it with little segments of mental health, recycling, and good samaritan tips.
