For everyone who has been following my stories, I decided to actually post this picture and the progress of my skin over the past few months (1st treatment was Feb 1st 2019 & 4th treatment and recent picture was Mar. 22nd 2019). I am halfway done with my acne boot camp with @vanitylabskintique and to see how well my skin is doing makes me so appreciative! .
I can’t begin to express how much acne effects you mentally as a person. To get out of bed, go to work, go out In public, to look at yourself in the mirror every day, to talk to other people. .
To constantly look at your skin and worry about what it looks like to other people and what they are thinking. To feel ashamed, disgusted and have no confidence to be yourself. Extremely exhausting to say the least!

I’ve struggled with acne prone skin since high school but at the end of 2018 it got really bad again. I tried everything and nothing worked. And I promised myself, 2019 was dedicated to getting my skin right and gaining my confidence back.

Im doing my best to control my stress, I’m doing pretty damn good on my eating habits to! We meet every two weeks for extractions, chemical peels and all the other fun stuff, along with my at home care. Probably one of the best decisions I’ve made!
