I am an innovative, self-assured, and motivated go-getter, one who does not stop. A natural leader and advocate, raising awareness is instinctive and fueled by personal values.

As a multiple-degree holding licensed and board-certified psychotherapist, bulldog CEO, and inspirational public speaker, I use my voice to raise awareness and drive results.

My history of leadership and proven results cause great influence in many areas. Having received accolades on the national and international levels, presented as a subject matter expert at conferences, and successfully spearheading large-scale initiatives shows credibility, value, and dedication.

I've successfully woven together my passions, education from top-ranked universities, philanthropic service that started at age seventeen, and professional background to develop outstanding social media marketing campaigns for national and international brands.

As a two-time Ms. Alabama for the Global Continental Pageant System, my connections, influence, and network has expanded exponiently. My four pageant titles obtained in a twelve month period served as a catalyst for my realization a pageant platform and crown is incredibly powerful if used wisely. Merging them with my professional background and ability to deliver high-impact results has benefited all involved and broken barriers for my state.

Using my pageant titles (four obtained in a twelve month period!) a beauty pageant titleholder with multiple crowns, I have been given opportunities to model in New York Fashion Week and use my crown to raise even greater awareness.

Additionally, I am a writer with experience as an executive magazine contributor and columnist.

I have been featured in magazines and newspapers, advocated for others on Capitol Hill, and represented my state and country on numerous occasions. Serving in the nonprofit sector helped facilitate a strong passion for social media marketing and public presentations.

My goal is to bring awareness to important causes with a special focus on nonprofit organizations, charities, philanthropic causes, volunteerism, mental health, and health/wellness/ fitness.
