Bio

Gabriel is a visual artist, a photographer, a presenter, a post-producer, and an art director. Photography is his passion and vocation.

He is constantly searching different ways to transform reality through photography, in order to provide a new approach about things and to create new experiences and feelings when sharing its way of observing and living the environment.

For him, beauty does not reside in things themselves but in the way of approaching them. Moreover, he believes that beauty goes beyond and that is in our capacity of really SEEING and recognizing each other as the reflection of what we are seeing.

Recognize our fears and pleasures, our place in the world, and our relationship with the environment and the life itself through his images.

With more than 10 years creating for every type of purposes (advertising, editorial, educational, sports, fashion and beauty, culture, artistic, among others), he has forged a complex and diverse glance.

He has gone through different work experiences, starting as an intern and then working as an art director, until becoming an illustrator for magazines such as Maxim, National Geographic, Conozca Más, Mecánica Popular, and PC Magazine published by Editorial Televisa. Additionally, he has worked for other editorials, designing books and collaborating with large producers with post-production works, animation, and filming.

Currently, his adventure is Gafa, a Video and Photography Creative Studio founded 10 years ago.

His work has appeared on several media, both printed and digital, besides being present in different exhibitions and galleries.

His desire is to feed his amazement capacity every day, because every moment is an image and every image is a surprise.
