F45 Training began in Australia, now with over 1200 worldwide locations and nearly two hundred in the United States. It is a 45-minute HIIT training workout that is scientifically designed by exercise physiologists to provide an ideal combination of cardio and full-body strength training, burning 600-900 calories per session. With alternating cardio and strength sessions it is set up so that you can work out every day of the week if you choose to without overtraining. There are over 30 theme-based rotating workouts, and these functional training programs draw from a bank of over 4000 different exercises, allowing you to move through a circuit that is designed just for that day, without ever doing the same workout twice.
