We are a family ranch whose motto is Local Natural Delicious. We raise beef from birth to maturity on our ranch in Utah's west desert. Our beef are natural without hormones, blanket antibiotics, or cramped conditions and we have been doing this for over 20 years. We have invested in genetics for high quality Black Angus beef, as well as raising an Angus/Wagyu cross called American Wagyu which is renown for its tenderness, healthy fat, and marbling.
Our ideal customer is a family that appreciates good dining with roasts and steaks, excellent barbecue, and Tex-Mex carne asada. We sell beef by the half or whole, as well as American Wagyu Boxes of 50 lbs. We hav e hosted a Beef Tasting in the past at our ranch that is 1.5 hours from the Wasatch front. We prefer to stay local and deliver our own beef and interact with customers.
