Anyone have a hard time fitting their workouts in lately? I normally workout at night after the kids go to sleep but lately it’s just not happening🙅🏼♀️ I’m too tired. .
So I’ve been trying out a new routine. When I wake up in the morning I put on my workout clothes FIRST. And the goal is to get a workout in before I can change into my “normal” clothes. That way I’m getting some type of daily activity in for my health AND sanity! .
