Wall Shin Raise
How to: Stand straight against a wall and place your feet approximately 1-2 feet away from you. Flex your feet so your toes point upwards. Reach down and gently grab your toes, flexing your feet while keeping your heels on the ground. Hold for 30 seconds, then lower your feet back down without letting your toes touch the ground. Repeat.
