Dishing up the goods for a new recipe I’ve been playing around with recently. Packed with polyphenols, antioxidant, fibre and micronutrients - I give you my Deep Sea Mermaid Salad 🥦✨⠀

DEEP SEA MERMAID SALAD 🧜♀️⠀
Salad:⠀
🌱 2 cups spinach⠀
🌱 1/2 avocado, sliced⠀
🌱 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced⠀
🌱 1/2 cup blackberries⠀
🌱 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds⠀
Dressing:⠀
☀️ 1 tbsp olive oil⠀
☀️ 1/2 tsp @organikahealth Spirulina⠀
☀️ 2 tbsp lemon juice⠀
☀️ pinch of sea salt⠀

Add the dressing ingredients to a small mason jar and shake until evenly mixed. Toss salad ingredients in a mixing bowl, top with dressing and feel like a mermaid while eating it ☀️✨⠀
