Today was the first of many shit training days to come. I couldn't hit my heavy squat number so I ended up going lighter and then moving on to high bar pause squats (here) at 225 lbs. I couldn't be more pisst but it's my fault....I'm out of shape, I've been eating like shit, doing fuckall at the gym, and not regulating my sleep.
